King Bed for King & Queen

Finally got to deliver this bad boy. I am so proud of this piece! It's a #kingsizebed made from #ambrosiamaple, @titebondproducts wood glue, a #poplar interior support structure, lots of #love, #sweat and #learning!

The crates are finished up with #hearthandhandwithmagnolia hardware pulls and low profile casters that help them slide in and out.

I stained the bed with @rubiomonocoatusa and am super happy with the result. Even though it did take me a very...very long time. I used @rampatec insert nuts to connect the railing to the head and footboard and I half lapped the slats so they sit flush with no wiggle.

This bed challenged me and grew my skills tremendously. Thank you, Deb and Tim for the order and trusting me with your new bed!
